Pros

Above average pay. Fast work day. Supervisor and group leaders do not stand over your shoulder.

Cons

Not forthcoming to employees about their future. No variety in work. Chance to move up within company is blocked by political and inappropriate promotions.

Advice to Management

Move out of the 'good ole' boy' work place culture and into the 21st century.

    Pros

Contract Land Staff has a strong leadership team, good employees and they value their employees.

    Cons

They have a mentoring program, but it would be great if they could make it formal, so that employees could be compensated.

    Advice to Management

Continue doing what you are doing... The hard work, diligence and support is very much appreciated.
