A good place to get your career started with zero experience in Mechanical Engineering profession. You will learn more and be better understanding what really applies toward your real world in design engineering. It's really true!

Cons

Lacking of training for new employee due to budget spent for hiring new level management without any experience in control valve industry. There were many changes in management level who have no clue about the industry and where the company will be going to. The change was made without having discussed through experienced management team or employees who have been long enough with the company.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to have more focus on engineering team who produce a well-known product in the market with great engineering knowledge. Need to promote and recognize their work as they are the main driving force contributing more than 85% to the company's reputation and revenue anually.
