Pros

The majority of the people there are wonderful to work with. There are still some good executives left in the company. The salaries are competitive.

Cons

The senior management team are pretty much in it for themselves and have little to no vision. They treat employees poorly, providing no work and life balance. If you are not willing to lay your personal life on the line, you are treated poorly and will be part of the next layoff. Employees have little to no say about the company; just a lot of "lip service" from executives. There is a lot of good talk, but no one doing the walk.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat people as valued members of the company. Focus on what is important, not just making money. In the words of Bob Seger, "I feel like a number" is the mantra there. Teamwork has been replaced by personal agendas.
