“lots of advancement opportunities if you can stick it out, but lots of managers don't last long,”
Former Employee – worked at Convergys full-time for less than a year
Pros – Strong company; promotes from within
Cons – fairly low starting wages, depending on the project hired for. Some projects (in sales areas) may get a sales-related job which has bonuses; may get just a customer service job that is salary (hourly wages) only. VERY small raises; if you're good at your work, you MAY get a whole .50 cents/hour 2x year.
