Pros

Easy to get hired and start training. Pay was decent at $11.50 hr

Cons

They hire a lot of really young people. Lots of drama, fights and unprofessional behavior in the workplace. No personalization allowed of your desk. You are not even allowed to have an assigned desk. You have to share a desk, keyboard, and headset wth others. You basically get whatever cubical and desk you can get when you arrive at work. The place is very dark, dank and depressing. You are not allowed any books magizines NOTHING on your desk. Not even a pen.

Not a very professional workplace. The environment is more like a big high school....with rules that fit a young immature crowd. The place is a revolving door. They are constantly advertising, constantly training and constantly hiring.

Advice to Senior Management

Treat professional mature employees with respect. Get rid of the trash in the work place and make it a professional workplace. You would not need many of the high school teenybopper rules if you did not hire that type of person. Look for older mature employees. Allow for personalization and assignment of work space. Make employees purchase their headset, sharing of headset is disgusting and unhealthy.
