Pros

Working for the NetApp account specifically. (None of the other accounts.)
pay raises occurred regularly like clockwork
unbelievable amount of exposure to technology, and job experience

Cons

Difficult company to work for
Low wages
Less than desirable environment to work in
Call-center-centric company attempting to run a techincal support center, applying callcenter techniques

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to run the account as a call center, and develop a new model that is specific to the technical support world

    Good pay for first job. Decent benefits. Sales commission incentives (some clients). Gain experience in the customer service and sales field.

    Cons

    You're working for a vendor (better pay & benefits working "in house" for a company). Sitting all day. Angry customers. Always indoors. Gets repetitive.
