    I worked at Convergys part-time (more than an year)

    handle time needs to be forgotten- poor customer service- systems always crashing - treat employees better-- they promise 5 weeks of training, but in my experience due to theri system crashing my system did not get proper training- and then had issues with it for three months after it- ended up buying a new hard drive-- files as they tried to load it were saying corrupt- - fought with them for 6 months to back me to part-time- disabled- even after a yr very uncomfortable with system- Moved problems to thumb drive and they still tried to blame your isp- lied when begging since first incidence saying i could not go back through- when i know they do do it.- was not educated on how to get short-term disabilty and could not sign up for it and issues with arms affected aht - sla s do not cover wages- and time limit involved

    give what you promise- even if you have to send back through training, make client clean up systems- educate on how to sign up for benefits- fix your systems- quit blaming tech systems for issues multiples are exeriencing- - clean up your act- make a stand for employees and customers-- they are both the business- very inconsistent- interview process needs to be slowed down and all explained - you do have people on disabilty
