I have been working at Convergys full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

My coworkers, managers and site leaders are very good to work with. Convergys has given me the chance to develop and be promoted. I know that the people I work with really care about me as a person.

Cons

The money is not up to most industry standards. My base pay is not increasing as quickly as my insurance premiums so I make less and less money every year.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make health care affordable.

    Good training for any job working in customer service

    felt like a number
    could not anticipate what days would be off work, could not plan out of work activites until schedual was built

    Pros

    Great management team, training, and cohesiveness within HR. Salary was good.

    Cons

    Don't feel CVG fought to get more business in our location. Annual reviews sucked. Executive management wanted to keep all the money form themselves.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More communication is great. Listen more to onsite teams. Will help in getting things done the first time around. Executive Team could react to issues reported earlier.
