I worked at Convergys full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

PTO accumulation, bonus incentives (nice to get, lucky to get what you're told), established relationships with current employees who I still keep in touch with, so-so health insurance

    Cons

Team Leads are a complete joke, inconsistency of communication within all management, HR is outsourced and end up having to call a 1-800 number to speak to someone who barely knows any English, HR recuriters/up management are completely succluded from the rest of the company, upper management likes to wipe things under the rug, they ask for input and advice but never do anything about it, tolerate sexual harassment, terminate great employees at a cost of saving money hiring new management who send flowers to people whom work under them, nosey no-life people, good work goes unappreciated or retaliated against, incompetent management, employee relations is a complete joke, have fun being threatened of a job, talked over an internal client IM amongst employees, if you're pretty-- good luck!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

clean house and recognize the great work current employees are doing, understand how resourceful and beneficial they have been for the people who've come and gone, don't tolerate management sexual harassing your employees and getting away with it, consistent communication, avoid retaliation in the workplace and harassment all together, good luck since you're reputation in the community is a complete joke and due to half the population working here everyone knows what goes on behind closed doors
