    Pros

    Decent money, good incentives, very flexible hours. Also flexible with the work you can do. If you don't like being customer service for one company, you can usually switch to another. Fast opportunity for advancement to manager.

    Cons

    Not enough contact with team members. Very little flexibility when it comes to actually helping the customer. Also customer service is just very stressful work. The advancement to manager seems to be because no one else wants the job. You're where customers go when they are double angry.

    Advice to Management

    Make it easier to get in contact. When I had issues, there was a chat room to go to, but it took 30 minutes sometimes before I got a reply.

    Pros

    Working for Convergys provided the opportunity to learn about BPO and Call Center business.

    Cons

    It is a very difficult blended culture. During my time of employment there were several mergers, acquisitions and changes. You work in a very challenging environment without support or direction. Employees worry about losing their job on a daily basis. I could not wait to leave.

    Advice to Management

    It's a new company now and I hope there is a new leadership team
