Pros
Good if you need a quick and easy job to get.
Cons
Team leaders and trainers do not know what they are doing. Their way of training is less than appropriate. You do classroom training then they throw you on the phone not knowing what to do. Thankfully I was in wireless before so I didn't have much issues. The rest of the people in my class though had so much problems.
It is so unprofessional with all the kids and even management talking about their personal life (i.e sex, parties) and is gossip central. I had trainers talk about inappropriate stuff with me sitting right behind them knowing I can hear them.
The carpets look like they have never been replaced since the year the place was built. Stains everywhere for heavens sake they could have hired someone to shampoo it a couple of times a year. As a client of the company I would be embarrassed to have hired a place like this to represent my business.
Any germophobes should steer clear of this place. You share headsets and I think that is just so disgusting. Not to also mention the keyboard and mouse.
I had filled out a form twice stating what times I could work once when I was filling out papers to be interviewed and another during the class. After training they put me in a time schedule that was earlier than the time I could start being that I have a son. That was the beginning of the end.
I'm glad to say that I no longer work at this company.
Advice to Senior Management
Learn to hire better and hire those who understand IT otherwise customers are not going to want to call in to get something exchanged by those who can't even troubleshoot correctly.
Invest in lysol spray and not just alcohol pad to be more sanitary and help keep employees from getting sick.
