The culture and work environment is very generic. They treat people like numbers and not employees. It is a stressful environment where management does encourage you at all but expect performance standards to be high.

Spend more time building up the employees. How you treat the employees are a reflection of how the employees treat the customers. Management needs to get more involved and communicate better
