    I worked at Convergys full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great customer base, products and projects. Good talent available with the company. Reasonably well defined processes. Value system too good; ethical practices taken very seriously. Structured well, suitable for sound delivery.

    Cons

    Too mild facing competition like Amdocs, IBM, Oracle etc. No clear product roadmap or no better future plans. Too soft on non-performance, especially on American employees. This resulted in overall poor company performance; opened way for Netcracker Technologies to take over the business.

    Advice to Management

    Need to be aggressive in winning projects, new logos. Also, passionate about performance; this gives uplift to talent retention.
