Low pay i hated working there with a passion. Worst company to work for. They dont care if youre dying you still have to show up for work.

    Expecting so much from the employee for so little in return. Management and employees having inappropriate relationships.

    I worked at Convergys full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Working at home without the hassle of a commute or a business wardrobe.

    Cons

    When I was promoted to team leader, there was no training provided. I had to learn everything myself. Pay as an agent and as a team leader was very low compared to other similar companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Develop and execute a team leader training program. Do not give them 22 team members when you have not been trained on the administrative duties associated with the job.
