Pros

Friendly people, flexible hours, security is a little uptight but it's for the best, follow instructions and everything is fine.

Cons

I guess some of the challenges of working here is your work mates. They are competition as far as promotions.

Work more with your team.

    Pros

    Like any job your manager can make or break an experience, so I am being this strictly on the corporation as an employer. You can earn paid time off. Direct deposit.

    Cons

    You can get lost in the crowd if you don't make yourself be heard. Bad training. They will fire employees to make sure their managers metrics met goal, instead of working with an employee. The biggest issue is getting paid anything more than your paycheck. I had to fight for 6 months to get refferal bonus due in 90 days, and am still fighting to get bonus money promised for monthly performance almost 4 months ago. CONVERGYS DOES NOT PAY AS PROMISED WHEN IT COMES TO INCENTIVES.

    Advice to Management

    I saw a lot of very talented people leave this company. Yet when sitting in on corporate meetings attrition was a concern. As a manager I saw promising employees that where close to "getting it" let go because their metrics where pulling the team down. When deciding who to downsize on a management level the philosophy of last in first to go is just plain lazy. I watched some very driven dedicated people leave the company while the complacent "old guard" continued to laze their way through the day. It almost is comical that attrition is really a concern to you when you are the cause.
