    Pros

    Very easy to get hired, and start the job quickly. Training is fun, and the co-workers are great.

    Cons

    Management is pretty awful, they consistently threaten you with your job over petty things like email addresses, and snacks on your desk, only there for 3 months, and management does not really work with you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work with your team, they aren't just numbers, they are people who have bills just like you.

    There are actually nothing than can be considered a pro for this company

    Low salaries, low expectations of promotion, absolutely no interest by management in their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop changing ex[expectations on a daily or weekly basis. Your employees never seem to know what is expected at any time.
