Pros – People - smart w/ diverse set of backgrounds makes for fun environment
Innovative - awesome place to work if you have good ideas
Opportunity to learn - senior mgt. v. experienced. Lots to learn when you connect with the right people
Clients - big brands
Location - hq right in middle of NYC

Cons – Hours - depending which brands worked on, can be demanding
Tech support - kinda random
Internal comms - sometimes too little, sometimes too much

Advice to Senior Management – Help employees understand what all bits of Converseon do. There are a lot of moving parts and need to pull in same direction
