“Overworked and under paid.”
Current Employee – been working at Cook Pharmica
Pros – Cook Clinic close by. On-site cafeteria is cheap. People are great.
Cons – Low pay. On-site cafeteria tastes cheap. Stress levels are high.
Advice to Senior Management – Reduce workload and increase salaries for top-notch employees to avoid high turnover rates.
