“Company that is worried more about headcount than the future of it's brands.”
Current Employee – been working at Cooper Industries for more than a year
Pros – Good people work for the company.
Cons – Very little continuing education.
Little to no support from Headquarters.
Upper management makes decisions without understanding all of the consequences of their decision.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
