    Pros

Competitive compensation and benefits package for new college grads.
There is an opportunity through progress upwards through the organization.
    Good peer support network.

    Cons

There seems to be a greater emphasis on activity rather than actual productivity in many facilities. Employees can't full utilize their skills to the benefit of the corporation because of excess bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your Mid to Lower Level managers so they can effectively manage their teams and cultivate lasting talent.
