Management seems unwilling to take risks. Some projects are not started until the last-minute resulting in very tight deadlines. Overly restrictive IT policies.

Advice to Senior Management

Be willing to take some risks in order to foster a culture of innovation within the company. Treat employees like adults when it comes to IT policies.
