ProsHands-on technology or programming positions are definitely alright. Your work at least gets noticed and you stand a fair chance at surviving.

ConsAny of the lead or transition management positions suck big time. Too many moving parts to manage.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet a handle on the situation - its chaotic.

    Completely unprofessional environment

    I worked at Copart full-time for less than a year


    Pros: There are none, little vacation (can't take ANY vacation for the first year), no perks, bad health… Cons: They violate state and federal laws with their business practices. They don't even have… Advice to Senior Management: Think about the people who make Copart and give them… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
