ProsThey had a great start when they went public and have been on the Fortune 500 list for years.

ConsRecent employee treatment and corporate decisions are making it a difficult place to feel comfortable and safe in our jobs.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmployees are assets... Not solely cost figures. We all miss Willis.
