I worked at Copper Mobile full-time (more than a year)

Pros

-> great team and awesome learning experience
-> everyday there are new projects
-> great networking opportunity, you may get introduced to the top leaders from the board of directors, like CMO of Samsung or CIO of Texas Instruments.
-> Awesome office, ping pong right by the reception
-> fun team members, cool people and not snobish, you can walk into the CEO office or the COO office anytime

Cons

-> work load is high
-> you are always very busy
-> you may be running in many different directions

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work guys, I know you guy would be very successful because of t he determination that you have. I know many days you guys are the first ones in the office and the last ones to leave, I have not seen anyone else work harder than you guys!

    Pros

    10 pointers on why someone should not hesitate to work with Copper Mobile

    1. No work pressure.
    2. Flexi timings.
    3. Independence of doing things differently.
    4. People of same frequency makes your life easier.
    5. Better salaries.
    6. Easy commute to office.
    7. Very strong technical leadership.
    8. Work Life balance
    9. Training sessions to groom cross platform technocrats.
    10. Last but not the least, opportunities to move to your next level if capabilities are shown.

    Cons

    1. Lack of Quick decision making.
    2. Lack of Cab facility like most of the MNC's
    3. Lack of out of the world cafeteria like Google :-)
    4. Very less team outings.
    5. Less recreational activities
