Cons

In software development no proper career improvement path. Health care benefits are basic, 401k benefits are minimal makes Corvel less attractive.

Advice to Senior Management

Establishing proper career development path, create 360 degree review, improve HR department it feels like no HR department. These changes will make CorVel great company to work.
