Incompetent IT Management

ProsI work with some great people who care about their work.

Cons- No clear vision or direction provided by senior management.
- Disconnect between corporate management and Sales.
- Key senior IT positions recently filled w/inexperienced and incompetent individuals.
- No effort to retain good people
- Very poor morale

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on employees. Look at your talent and develop it. RIF current IT executives.

    Pros: Great product -- some of the world's best images Good compensation… Cons: I was in the LA office -- there was some downsizing and the office didn't have the exciting vibe of some of the bigger offices.… Advice to Senior Management: Look for opportunities outside photography.
