Pros

Amazing imagery, amazing collection and history of collections. Hard to find any other Pros - even the people are leaving.

Cons

incapable top leadership. extremely poor IT leadership (oh I forgot - there is only one IT leader left) - but glassdoor is filled with comments on her so I will not add more.
no direction. working on projects that make no sense. dollars spent on useless items. very low morale.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advice to the chairman: get new people - at least in the top 10 positions.
