A good company with opportunity for improvement

ProsCore-Mark is going through a lot of changes and most of them are good changes. The company is always adding new customers and this has allowed employees to work steady hours and even earn some over time. Communication between management and employees has improved over the last year or two. Management asks for employee's feedback on improvements that need to be made. People are friendly and professional. The benefits and time off are good.

ConsHourly starting pay is only $9.50 but you can receive a few increases during your first year. Training wasn't quite long enough. More training could improve the efficiency and accuracy that is always being talked about in start up meetings.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to communicate with emloyees and ask for feedback. Order more scanners. Consider extending training for new hires. Take more time before bringing on new customers to prepare for the customers becuase it may help with service level.
