Pros

Job is constant full time work and benefits are good

Advice to Management

Better communication, average out hours per day, fix routes, better warehouse management

    Pros

The pay and benefits are great. You are out on the road delivering by yourself which makes life easier.

    Cons

There is no training structure. There is no room for advancement. Equipment is often broken and not repaired. Favoritism runs rampant with middle management. No responsibility for mistakes taken by management. All safety bonuses were taken away. Communication is non-existent.

    Advice to Management

Get a clue. The upper and middle management need to learn how to actually manage a department and division.
