I worked at CoreFirst Bank

Pros – Good bank, easy job, can be fun, supportive co-workers, most of management are ok to deal with besides some senior managers.

Cons – some senior managers can be difficult to deal with, but for the most part the bank is a good place to work.

Advice to Senior Management – be nicer to employee's when you see them around and about. Don't play favourites, and don't spend money from the ESOP.
