    Former Employee - TAx Researcher

I worked at CoreLogic full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Can be flexible with time
-1st year paid time off is decent
-They will hire ANYONE of any educational level

    Cons

    -No advancement
    -No skills learnt
-Everything you learn does not transfer to a different company, your resume will not look any better
    -Routine, repetitive tasks and duties
    -No brainpower needed
-it is an outsourcing function; companies only outsource their least important and monotonous tasks
    -Poor pay
    -Lack of employee morale
-Leans heavily on favoritism; they reward social participation rather than productivity

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Implement commonly used software into their outsourcing functions so that leaving employees are not left unskilled and unprepared to take on other positions in the real world.
