“Think twice”
Former Employee – worked at CoreNet Global
Pros – The ability to interact with professionals around the country.
Cons – Only those who were considered favorites or "yes" people were rewarded. The people that actually produced work and worked hard at making sure the company succeeded were often ignored.
Advice to Senior Management – Try being more transparent and truthful.
