I have been working at Corinthian Colleges

Pros

Great salary, recognition for doing well, lots of fun work parties and food, great benefits including dental and vision (IF FULL TIME), lots of overtime offered.

Cons

Political environment, gossip, routine, felt I was given awards to keep me quite instead of promoting me...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More work force management, why hire from the outside when you have plenty of capable employees already...

The GM and VP's are aware of how they disregard their staff as humans with families. Pockets are big and so are their egos.
