    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

They spend tons of money on hand-holding the students. They also have many very scripted tools to use for recruiting students.

    Cons

Their target market is not really interested in getting an education. The education they receive is useless for todays job market. Too many students get caught up in borrowing the money and are stuck with student loans they can not pay back.

    Advice to Management

Get a little more creative to help the subordinates make the sales you need to have your team be successful. Don't keep feeding the same people the recruits that have all by signed on the bottom line.
