Pros

How much they care about the students
The level or corporate support
The regional/Divisional teams are very professional
High integrity of several executives.

Cons

Travel and hours were very demanding
Several senior executives have anger management problems

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure those managers who bully employees receive coaching. They are a big business risk.

    immediate supervisor, co-workers, facility, equipment works most of the time

    Cons

    location, constant change, poor pay that goes down instead of up.

    This company offers a great compensation package, base pay, benefits, health care, vacation/sick time tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

    Poor leadership, unethical practices, poor communication, favoritism from leadership, lack of training, hard core sales, lack of clear mission and vision.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Incorporate HR on every campus, implement better training programs, establish clear policies for promotion, implement leadership development, better communication from top down, limit policy changes.
