I have been working at Corinthian Colleges full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are some great people here

    Cons

Absolutely no consistency coming from management. As a matter of fact, we get almost no communication from management at all. Managers are allowed to create their own little fiefdoms and bully their staff, cronyism is rampant, departments don't communicate well, most people are afraid of their boss, just to name a few. Don't bother reporting problems to HR - they are useless.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you care about what your employees think - and judging by this forum, it's not much - you need to get your collective heads out of the sand and hire some creative people. Happy employees are your greatest asset and it doesn't take much to make that happen - you just have to start with respect and go from there.
