I have been working at Corinthian Colleges full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Experienced & committed executive leadership team
Company takes integrity issues & core values seriously
Solid benefits package
National company allows for a lot of internal transfers
Company culture revolves around putting students first

Cons

Proprietary education is a tough industry. For-profit schools are constantly under intense scrutiny and are always susceptible to regulations from Washington that are eternally changing. Also, because CCi is a publically-traded company, a lot of key initiatives must first receive approval from Board of Directors.
