I have been working at Corinthian Colleges full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Large, pretty stable company, although in a challenging and somewhat unstable industry. Good benefits.

Cons

It's a big company so there are lots of layers of management and lots of departments that sometimes have a hard time staying on the same page.

I have been working at Corinthian Colleges full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Both pay and benefits are good

    Cons

Upper management seems to have forgotten that it's employees need to feel valued.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember "Building people capabilities?" Didn't think so... The new regulatory environment/economy should not be a reason nor excuse to focus more on the bottom line than on it's people. Ask more ?'s from the campus level and listen to their possible solutions...
