ProsSome coworkers are easy to get along with.

ConsThe "who knows" philosophy of what is happening with the company. The frequent movement of management from campus to campus provides little stability and cohesiveness.

Advice to Senior ManagementClean house up top and restructure the bottom. Be a pioneer, don't just follow what everyone else is doing.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
