I have been working at Corinthian Colleges part-time for less than a year

Pros

Great communication, excellent pay, flexible hours, and friendly staff. Job responsibilities are well-defined, policies are properly communicated and adhered to, and overall I love working here!

Cons

Sometimes you can feel underappreciated. The hierarchy of the company is definitely palpable. If you are a part-time employee, there are times when you definitely feel inferior as opposed to being part of the team.

I worked at Corinthian Colleges full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

People at the Campus level truely care about the students and want to see them succeed.

    Cons

The company has consistently had two rounds of lay-offs every year for the past 5 years I have worked there. Due to constant lawsuits and Government scruitiny, Corinthian Colleges will continue to lose ground in the market and all signs point to an acquisition or bankruptcy in the near future.
