Pros

Good pay, great co-workers and most Ad Reps. genuinely care about the students.

Cons

Not knowing what is going to be different from day to day. Dead end leads and a system that needs to be updated to give the reps accurate information on the leads. Constant calling of the same person 50 times a day.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep your employees in the loop. Don't let them learn from their mistakes when the mistake could have been avoided had the conversation been held sooner.

    Pros

People at the Campus level truely care about the students and want to see them succeed.

    Cons

The company has consistently had two rounds of lay-offs every year for the past 5 years I have worked there. Due to constant lawsuits and Government scruitiny, Corinthian Colleges will continue to lose ground in the market and all signs point to an acquisition or bankruptcy in the near future.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too late for advice, you guys are screwed.

Unappreciated, overworked and demoralizing experience at Corinthian College.

    Pros

Good medical and dental options, decent pay though with no raises for over 3 years even with a top work review. Great co workers who truly care about the students and go out of their way to assist in any way they can.

    Cons

Unethical practices by this company. Corrupt Corperate Management who could care less for the workers at the ground campuses. Multi million dollar corporate sales driven Parthenon celebration every year while laying of hundreds and hundreds of workers. Enrolling students who are a very high risk to pay back loans in the $18,000 to 30,000 range when they don't even have money to take public transportation to get to school.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good look at your ground level schools before you implement massive layoffs to see how it will affect the school as a whole instead of solely looking at numbers. Reward your outstanding employees who hav been with you for many years and are doing the jobs of 3 or more people.
