Corizon – “Satisfied”
Pros
Corizon is a family oriented place of business. Senior Management has come a long way in establishing a positive work environment.
Cons
There are not enough internal opportunities. Also, it is very difficult to get exposure to Senior Managment to make an impression.
Advice to Senior Management
More consideration should be given to internal candidates for job postings. Employees should be given more responsiblity to develop their careers.

You are actually satisfied with this company? Senior management may be doing a darn good job but it's the people that they let run these sites that are causing issues. Senior management needs to get their heads out of the clouds and really take a closer look at what is going on.
