The people in the Visalia Office are a great group of people to work with and make coming to work enjoyable.

Cons

The decisions are all made out of the Corporate Office in Southern California, so you can receive an award one week and be let go the following. This also creates issues with the corporate office not knowing who is doing what within the separate divisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Have better communication with the division employees and get a better understanding of who is doing what. The decisions are made from 300 miles away and the employees in other divisions can tell.
