    -A lot of opportunities to move up within the University
    -Lots of training/learning opportunities
    -Great educational benefits

    Cons

    -Subject to the same bureaucracy that is found in most educational institutions
    -HR's job descriptions aren't always representative of what you're job will actually be, need to upgrade their career track designs

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't put a limit on how fast an employee can advance. Merit based increases should have more weight.
