    Pros

    Main game in town, so they dramatically underpay support staff

    Cons

    Management at all levels is incompetent but it doesn't matter because in the long run the rep of the school continues to draw in students and donations. Very political.

    Easy job, decent pay, part time, fun, relate to academics an the area of study I was interested in. Research

    Conflicted with school work, sometimes boring an monotonous, very little guidance
