I worked at Cornell University part-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

- rich and easily-accessible academic as well as career resources
- professors and university staff are generally very friendly and willing to help
- beautiful campus with top-notch facilities
- plenty of opportunities to grow academically while developing the soft skills necessary to succeed in industry

Cons

- location could be slightly disadvantageous for students when it comes to company recruiting
- relatively high turnover rate of student research assistants could result in inefficiencies when trying to keep the entire research team on the same page for an ongoing project spanning across multiple semesters

Approves of CEO
