    Pros

Hours are flexible, especially if you are a full-time student, which a majority of workers are in my department. The school, in general, is run by very adept managers including the current director of the Cornell Store--who has turned the store around 180 degrees for the better!

    Cons

More opportunities to climb the management ladder of my department

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take to mind more student input, afterall we know what we want for ourselves best since the majority of our customers are students.
