Pros

The benefits are great and wonderful things are happening on-campus.

It's large and communication and collaboration are affected by the size.

I have been working at Cornell University part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly workers both at my levels and above, simple relationships are easy to form, flexible hours. Certain dining halls have better food than others, this is a plus for food service workers because you get free food (all you can eat) during your shift.

    Cons

After-work life is not as exciting, of course this is not really Cornell's fault, but probably should be something to think about if you prefer a city life.
