I have been working at Cornell University full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The school has a great reputation and the alumni love us which makes the job fun.

    Cons

Location. Location. Location. Ithaca's remoteness can prove a challenge at times but if you like small towns it really is beautiful.

    Advice to Management

Generally very seasoned and good to work with.
