I have been working at Cornell University

Prosnice city, nice people, good place to retire, weathers nice, good variety of food and local restaurant. there are college girls.

Consno place to advance. people dont care about excellence, just care about getting the work done. No quality control and falseness

Advice to Senior ManagementADVAnce your workers and listen to them. if they are exceptional make sure they know you think that and not just to prevent them from advancing in their careers.
