Upstate NY locations is a drag.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a little more risk. Company became too risk averse after telecom bust. The risks the company took during telecom boom were not well understood by top management and has left the company in less risk taking mentality.

during the telecom boom they tripled down on their bet the company investments, the stock was at 1$... so it's not surprising they are very concerned about not repeating that experience.
